the sketchbook project

so.  i'm hard at work on filling the sketchbook.  really.  i am.  slowly.  but surely.
must be postmarked by the 15th of january so not much time left!
i wanted to share with  you guys a few of the pictures i snapped around my apartment to inspire my sketches in the book.  
the theme: jackets, blankets, and sheets.
my goal is for the sketchbook to turn out very "inspiring esby"...

i'm excited to share with you all one of my new favorite online shops.. Silence Dogood.  
a friend of mine recently opened the shop after she realized she could turn her love of all things vintage into an online business and share her finds with the masses.
all things for sale are vintage, mid century modern and industrial treasures that she picks out from various fleas, auctions and the like.  

these one of a kind pieces add so much character to a home and would also make great gifts.
i just picked up a few hardware drawers to stack my mail and randoms in. (much better than a store bought organizer)
