my apologies for not having new apartment pics by now.
i'm still working on finding one more key piece.
there is a bit of clutter in the kitchen corner that is driving me nuts. so no pics. :)

but this is my latest inspiration for a kitchen nook table.

i love the first image...and am completely sad that the price is completely out of my price range!

stay-cation

i hope everyone enjoyed their long weekend as much as i did. always fun having a birthday over labor day weekend. this time, 29. the theme of the weekend was stay-cation. & the weather couldn't have been better.

to kick off the weekend, i was taken to lunch at the standard grill. so good. nestled under the high line at the standard hotel, we shared apps and i had an amazing eggplant sandwich. mmmm.

i also brunched at forge & lunched at spring street natural.

one of my favorite gifts came from my most amazing friend.

she had a bracelet made for me at henri bendel. it's so great! i've worn it every day. thanks, kara!

one last day on my rooftop made it hard to go back to work today.

but at least it's only one day! (i leave early tomorrow for bacheloretting on tybee island.) bring on the sun...food...drinks...and friends..
